SHIPPING:

We offer shipping throughout the United States via USPS. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders 

Please note: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Rejuvaheal is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If you encounter any issues, reach out to us—we’re happy to help guide you through filing a claim with the carrier.

RETURNS:

At Rejuvaheal, we stand behind our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective

  • For sanitary reasons, used personal care products cannot be returned

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive your return

To initiate a return, please email us at recover@rejuvaheal.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
